Yuwei Fei, with master degree in education, has many years of professional experience in international education with his roles in three international schools both in China and Norway. Followed by his dream and the passion on education, he will take the new position at Sandnes International School.
Jessica Leiknes

Jessica Leiknes

PYP 1-2 Class Teacher

Jessica Leiknes is from the USA and has been teaching since 2010. Her experience has given her the opportunity to teach diverse groups of students. As a result, she has become proficient at designing creative and stimulating lessons, which accommodate multiple levels of intelligence, bringing a hands-on approach to learning, and keep students interested and focused.
Erica McIntyre

PYP 3-4 Class Teacher

Erica McIntyre has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in History and English and a Bachelor of Education. She began her career in education in Alberta, Canada where she worked for 5 years as a classroom teacher. With experience teaching different grade levels, differentiating materials for multiple levels of learners, and creating engaging lessons, Erica is prepared for the enjoyable growth experience of working in a multi-grade-level international classroom. She is very excited to be joining the flourishing founding team at Sandnes International School.

Norwegian teacher

I grew up in a little town south of Oslo called Vollen. It’s a beautiful place and I love to travel home to visit.
I moved from Vollen when I was 18 to study at the University of Stavanger. I have fallen in love with the nature of the west coast, and love to spend time outside by the ocean and in the mountains.

Priyanka is from India. She holds Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, did Diploma in interior designing and the certification on the National curriculum framework(NCF). She has many years of teaching experience with well renowned international school in India and has a vision of shaping as well as developing her pupils. She strongly believes that one should focus on building strong moral character coupled with fine conduct and then harness intellectual abilities.

I was born in Porto, Portugal, exactly 40 years ago. I have two older sisters. My whole childhood was spent in Porto, which is the second largest city in the country, and a very fine place to live. I still travel there every year, normally twice a year, to visit my parents, my sister and nephews and my friends.

I was born in south India , brought up and did my schooling in all over the north. My father was working in Army so he must transfer once in every three years. I traveled all over north and hence i learned many languages like Hindi,Telugu,Marathi,Punjabi,Bengali, Malayalam.
I completed my Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Tamilnadu. I did my CA(Inter) and Master in Human Resource. I started working in 2006 as Human Resource Officer.
I got married in 2010 and came to Norway in 2012. I have two daughters, one is studying Grade 3 in Sandnes International School and younger one is in Kindergarten.
Supriya Sanjaya

I was born and brought up in the south of India, in my hometown. After my studies I got married. Few years later we moved to Malaysia with my husband and son. We stayed there for 7 years. Then we came to Stavanger with my husband and 2 kids in 2007. I started my first teaching job in 2008 at BISS. I have almost 8 years of experience working as a teacher assistant, floating member of staff and a substitute teacher. Now, I am here at SDIS.
